I was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, and I have always been immersed in the outdoors by hunting and fishing with my dad and grandfather.

I enjoy fishing for bass and trout in Pennsylvania and New York and I also enjoy hunting turkey and deer as well.

 

     In the last few years, I have taken pursuing fish and game more seriously and I spend a fair amount of time learning. I have recently taken on a guide in training position with Koinonia Guide Service to help expedite my fishing learning curve.

My favorite places to fish are large rivers and warm-water creeks for bass and small mountain streams for trout. I have fished a vast part of Pennsylvania’s lakes and rivers and have also fished a good bit of New York from the Finger Lakes to the Alpine lakes of the Adirondack mountains.

 

My river and lake fishing is mainly done out of our center console 2072 jet boat with an outboard Yamaha 115 horsepower jet motor. However, I also enjoy wet wading and kayaking as well. I continue to hone my skills and am becoming a well-rounded angler who does a combination of conventional fishing and fly fishing for many species.

 

I am blessed to be raised in a Christian family and enjoy being active in my church and youth group. There is nothing more peaceful and exciting to me than spending time in God’s creation and appreciating all of the gifts he has given us to enjoy.
